Located adjacent to the Global Learning Center, the Georgia Tech Hotel’s 252 deluxe rooms combine the coziness of a luxury hotel with the cutting-edge amenities and technologies demanded by modern business travelers and meeting attendees. All rooms feature a laptop-ready desk, and hard-wire and wireless Internet connections.
Conference participants are encouraged to take advantage of the convenience of the Georgia Tech Hotel when planning your accommodations.
Conference Block of Rooms
A limited block of rooms has been reserved for participants for Sunday, Sept. 14, through Wednesday, Sept. 17, at a group rate of $159 a night for a single room and $170 for a double room, plus hotel tax (15 percent).
There will be a limited number of rooms available for Saturday, Sept. 13, through Wednesday Sept. 17. Earlier arrivals and later departures will be accommodated at conference rates on a space-available basis for up to three days pre- or post- conference.
You are STRONGLY encouraged to make your reservation early. When you register early, you will be entered to win one of two $25 Barnes & Noble (Georgia Tech Bookstore) gift certificates, which will be given to one of the first 50 hotel registrants and another to one of the first 100 hotel registrants.
Reservation Deadline
The Georgia Tech Hotel will hold our block of rooms until Aug. 13, after which unbooked rooms will be released. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from attendees after the reservation deadline, based on room and rate availability.
Reservation, Room Guarantee, and Cancellation Procedures
Guests are responsible for making their reservations and guaranteeing them. If a reservation must be cancelled, the hotel cancellation policy applies.

Both nonsmoking king-size and two queen-size bed accommodations have been reserved our group. Note: All guestrooms are nonsmoking.
